شرح للمريض: بعد الخلع، ضع قطعة من الشاش المعقم على مكان الخلع واضغط عليها بلطف لمدة 30-45 دقيقة للمساعدة في وقف النزيف.

2. تجنب المضمضة أو البصق الشديد
شرح للمريض: تجنب المضمضة أو البصق بقوة خلال أول 24 ساعة بعد الخلع حتى لا يتزحزح الجلطة الدموية التي تتكون في مكان الخلع.
مصطلحات للطبيب: Advise the patient to avoid vigorous rinsing or spitting for the first 24 hours. This is to prevent the dislodging of the blood clot and to reduce the risk of developing dry socket (Alveolar Osteitis).
3. وضع الكمادات الباردة
شرح للمريض: ضع كمادة باردة على خدك بالقرب من مكان الخلع لتقليل التورم. استخدم الكمادات لمدة 15 دقيقة، ثم استرح لمدة 15 دقيقة. يمكنك تكرار ذلك خلال أول 24 ساعة.
مصطلحات للطبيب: Recommend the application of a cold compress to reduce swelling (Edema). Instruct the patient to apply the cold pack for 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off during the first 24 hours post-surgery to control inflammation.
4. الامتناع عن التدخين
شرح للمريض: يجب الامتناع عن التدخين لمدة 48 ساعة على الأقل بعد الخلع، حيث أن التدخين يمكن أن يؤخر الشفاء ويزيد من خطر التهاب مكان الخلع.

5. تناول الطعام الطري

7. رفع الرأس أثناء النوم
شرح للمريض: حاول النوم ورأسك مرفوع باستخدام وسادة إضافية لتقليل التورم.
مصطلحات للطبيب: Recommend sleeping with the head elevated using an extra pillow to minimize postoperative swelling and discomfort.
المضمضة بالماء والملح بعد 24 ساعة تجنب الملح اذا كان المريض يعاني من ارتفاع ضغط الدم .
